You will be provided with scripting and the Financial Inner-View™ Experience worksheets. Also provided is scripting to conduct the Referral conversations with existing clients.
 
We will also address common challenges or obstacles that business professionals may face on a regular basis. Participants can share their insights and thoughts on how to resolve these issues, which can offer a fresh perspective when dealing with them.

Process Development

We review existing strategies, directions, and decision-making processes on allocating resources to pursue a strategy. We focus on how the end (goals) will be achieved by the means (resources). We review processes of formulation and implementation; strategic planning helps coordinate both. Strategic planning remains an important aspect of strategic management. 

Some of the planning activities include meetings and other communication among the organization's leaders and personnel to develop a common understanding of the environment and what the response to that environment (its strategy) should be.
