The key to success in financial services is consistency. Consistent communication, planning, updating, and implementation to create a platform for a successful relationship with a client. This program is a series of processes that systematize consistency with clients. The fundamentals of the program are meeting with clients twice per year, and in each meeting providing the same agenda, update of their financial plan, new action items, and opportunities to converse about changes to the plan. 

There are two ways to implement this system, as solely the strategic advisor who controls and manages the whole financial picture for the client in exchange for a flat annual fee, or as the tactical advisor who uses the system to supplement/support the offering of products. The former creates less bias in the planning process.
